The latest buzz in Bollywood is that choreographer-turned-director Farah Khan's forthcoming venture titled 'Om Shanti Om' is inspired from Subhash Ghai's 1980 super-hit 'Karz'.

The film stars Shah Rukh Khan and Deepika Padukone.

The grapevine is that Shah Rukh plays the role of Rishi Kapoor, while Deepika will play Tina Munim's role.

Farah was supposed to start another film, Happy New Year, but the film has been temporarily shelved.

However Farah Khan scoffs at the rumors and denies that she is making anything on the lines of 'Karz'. Time will tell.
