Entering the world of music, with the song DAMADAM MAST KALANDAR from the album 'JALWA II', 'Preety Bhalla' the singing sensation has come long way since then. She has given numerous hits. Preety has sung from "DAMADAM MAST KALANDAR" to "Saangu Nakaa" (Maharastrian Flavour) and her new video song "Mera Yeh Mann" (Love Ballad), she definitely has a vast vocal range and is a versatile singer. Recently her latest album "TUMHI TOH HO" with her video song "MERA YEH MANN" was launched by Ustad Sultan Khan Saheb.
Preety's first SOLO DEBUT INDIPOP ALBUM was released by MUSICURRY RECORDS in association with TIMES MUSIC. She has featured in the MUSIC VIDEO of the album song "SAANGU NAKAA" which was nominated in the category of BEST NEW NON-FILM TALENT for IMMIES MTV MUSIC AWARDS' 2003.
Currently She is singing for ALBUMS, AD-FILMS (Sparkles diamond, Ayur products) TELEVISION (Ik Ladki Anjani Si-Sony Tv, India calling-StarOne) & FILMS (Playback for forthcoming film 'Choodiyan'- Sukhwinder Singh, Pakistani & Bhojpuri films, Background vocals). Recently sung for Yuvan Shankar Raja (Illya Raja's son) for a Tamil film "Billa II".
Preety has performed all over world and has been part of various concerts like Solo concerts, Corporate Performances, Fashion Shows, Bollywood Star Concerts in India as well as abroad for GS ENTERTAINMENT, MORANIS, POPCORN, MTV, ZEE MUSIC, Wizcraft, Esselworld (Water Kingdom), Ramoji Film City(Hyd), Mahindras, Escorts, Samsung, Moserbaer, GM, Voltas, Goodknight, Tide, Dainik Bhaskar, Sahara Ambi Vally, HP, Satyam Computers, Philips, ONGC, Indian Navy, Jay Pee Cement, Eureka Forbes, Jindal Steel Plant, ITC John Players etc .
Preety has been passionate about music since her childhood. Both her parents are good singers, mother- M.A(music) & father-EX-Merchant Navy Capt and she imbibed their talent. Although an MBA herself , she's also taken training in classical music from many gurus. |
