Who's lying - Vipul Shah or Akshay Kumar?

Recently, an evening newspaper in Mumbai carried Akshay's statement about how he had entered into a legal document wanting 'Waqt' to be necessarily dedicated to his father, Hari Om Bhatia. It went to the extent of reproducing Akshay's most personal letter (apparently) written to his father.
Director Vipul Shah, however, denied Akshay's claim and said the decision was purely an emotional one and that there was nothing official or legal about it.
As we informed you, after an encouraging opening, 'Waqt' slipped drastically and will settle down as a strictly average runner, despite whatever reporting to the contrary you might see.
