Contrary to all the reports about Rakeysh Om Prakash Mehra's next after 'Rang De Basanti', 'Dilli 6' will now be made with Siddharth along with some alterations in the script. Instead of being a big budgeted film as reported earlier, 'Dilli 6' will now be made as a quickie and on a shoe string budget.

It may be recalled that the maker had approached Akshay Kumar, Abhishek Bachchan and Hrithik Roshan for this biographical film based on Rakeysh's life and times in Delhi. All of them turned the offer down.
