Sarkar Raaj in Legal Tangle

Ram Gopal Varma's decision to make a sequel to his hit Sarkar as Sarkar Raaj may land him in legal tangle. Sarkar Raaj which is being made with the same star cast as the original, Amitabh and Abhishek Bachchan, is being produced by Adlabs this time and not K Sera Sera who had produced Sarkar.
K Sera Sera has the copyright in all formats of Sarkar which also includes a sequel. K Sera Sera had already sent letters to Adlabs and Ram Gopal Varma informing them about the same before the film went on floors. The makers still went ahead with the film's shooting. Now, the film is in its final phase of post-production and K Sera Sera, it is learned, intends to bring a stay on its release.
