I have a brief narration of the storyline, if I like it I extend it further by full narration. I then interact with the people involved with the project to reach a comfort zone of working. I am open to any kind of genre and casting but the script and the character I play should excite me. For your home production? It has to be yes for any film Ekta wants me to be. In fact, you won’t believe that in 'Kyaa Kool Hai Hum', the role I played, was turned down by few actors. Why only multi starrers? If you see multi starrer films have benefited me more than solo starrers that's why multi starrers. Is Ekta Kapoor really an interfering producer or media has just made it out to be? As far as films are concerned, she doesn’t question any thing and never comes to the sets also. It may be hard to believe but didn’t even knew the story of C Kkompany and had left everything on me and Sachin Yardi. She may be interfering when it comes to her serials. Wasn't there rumor that you both had a tiff over the films publicity designs? These tiffs are normal in any creative field. It so happened that she wanted some changes in one of the posters and when I explained how it was perfect she agreed. Any plans to turn producer? I am already a part of Balaji films. I involve myself is all departments of film making in the movies I act in. Any plans to turn director? I can produce and act in films but cannot direct them. Starting your career as a romantic hero, you have been appreciated more in comic and action roles which you are doing more nowadays. How does it feel? It is exciting! I believe that an actor should do variety of roles and shouldn’t restrict himself. I was appreciated as a gangster in 'Shootout At Lokhandwala' and at the same time people loved my character in 'Kyaa Kool Hai Hum' and 'Golmaal'. Any plans to move to Television? No! I may host a talk show or a game show but won’t act in serials. Your forthcoming films...
